  • Is there an admission fee to get in?
    Nope! Hickory Falls offers free parking and free admission to everyone. Our activities are pay-as-you-play! You can either purchase individual attractions or a game card and load it with money for the activities and video games that we offer. You can also purchase an All-Day Pass for unlimited mini golf, laser tag, go-karts, indoor play area and virtual reality!
  • Is Hickory Falls open year round?
    Yes! We are open every day except Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day. However, our hours will change according to the season. While our outdoor attractions and games are weather permitting, we have tons of indoor games, food and fun for any weather! For special seasonal hours call us at (717) 632-9907.
  • What is a Game Card?
    We use an advanced debit card system in which participants need a Game Card to play games, earn e-tickets and experience our attractions. Game Cards can be reused over again and again and any unused value never expires! Guests (ages 13 and over) may also register their Game Card at any kiosk to keep track of their balance and earn rewards!
  • What kind of deals does Hickory Falls have for my group or organization?
    Hickory Falls has several group packages available for school field trips, churches, sports teams, family reunions and corporate events. We can also do custom packages, private events, after hour parties and lock-ins, fundraisers and spirit nights.   • Does Hickory Falls have gift cards?
    We sell gift cards at Hickory Falls! Gift cards can be used on Attractions, Arcade Games and Food from our Cafe. Gift Cards cannot be used towards the purchase of Birthday Party Packages, Bookings of the Cascade Room or Private Party Rooms.
  • Is there a way to find the balance remaining on a Gift/Game Card?

  • What is Play Value and how is it used?
    Play Value is used for arcade play, tokens & attractions. All activities are priced in Play Value dollar increments. See Pricing Information for more details. Play Value cannot be used towards the purchase of All-Day Passes, Party Packages or Snack Bar food. Play Value does not expire, and will remain on the card for your next visit. Sorry, Play Value cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • Can I bring outside food or beverages inside Hickory Falls?
    No, we do not allow any outside food or beverage in Hickory Falls with the exception of a birthday cake with a booked birthday party package. We do have a Cafe that has a selection of food and drinks available for purchase, PLUS Rita's Italian Ice.
  • How early in front of my party time can I get access into the party space on the day of my event?
    Up-to 15 minutes in front of the Party start time. Our staff must prepare the space for you as the previous family’s event has finished.
  • How much do games, rides and attractions cost?"
    Attractions range between $3 and $10.50 each. Most arcade games require Play Value and range from $.75 to $3.00 each. For games that require tokens, they are 4 tokens per $1 of Play Value and all token games are 1 token ($.25)! See Attraction Pricing and Arcade Game Pricing for individual game or attraction prices.
  • Where is Hickory Falls?

  • What forms of payment do you take?
    We accept all major debit, credit cards, cash, and personal checks. Business checks for group packages are also acceptable.
  • How old do you have to be to work at Hickory Falls?
    You have to be at least 14 years of age; weekend and holiday availability is a must. Want to apply? Find out more details here!
  • What time does the Hickory Falls Cafe close?
    The Hickory Falls Cafe is open during our normal business hours, with the exception of Fridays and Saturdays, where we close 30 minutes prior to the Fun Center closing.
  • What are the requirements to drive Go-Karts?
    A guest's age does not determine whether they can drive our go-karts. Go-Kart driving requirements are based on height to safely drive/control the vehicle. Guests 36-52" height can ride as a passenger. Guests must be at least 48" to drive. This is to ensure that the driver can reach the brake pedal and accelerator and operate the vehicle safely. Guests must be at least 56" to drive the go-kart with a passenger because of the seating arrangement in the two-person karts.
  • Is Rita's Italian Ice open year-round?
    Yes! Hickory Falls and Rita’s are open every day except Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day. However, our hours will change according to the season. While our outdoor attractions and games are weather permitting, we have tons of indoor games, food and fun for any weather!
  • What is the difference between Bonus Points and Points on a Game/Gift Card?
    BONUS POINTS are eligible for FREE Game Play on all non-merchandiser Arcade Games, Rollerball Bowling and Air Hockey. Bonus points can only be redeemed on orange and rainbow card readers at each arcade station. POINTS are the total cash value when checking the balance of a game/gift card online.   • Can I get a free golf pass when bad weather arises after I start a golf game?
    A free golf pass for each player will be issued, if inclement weather arises before you complete the 9th hole. Just present your score card for verification of play.
  • When does the golf course and play area close for the day?
    The last golfers are permitted to begin play one-hour before the end of the business day. We like to have our players finish their round of golf before we close. We give a heads-up warning over our PA system when we are closing for the day. The play area closes one hour prior to closing for daily sanitization.
  • Do I have a choice on whether I pay with cash or use my credit/debit card?
    Yes, our advertised price is for guests that prefer a cash purchase. You may choose either form of payment at the time of purchase at the time of checkout. Our guests will be presented with a choice between the discounted cash price or the price using any other form of payment, including a credit or debit card, which will reflect the additional cost of the non-cash transaction. The amount charged for the card price is agreed upon between the Merchant Service and Hickory Falls. The card price will not exceed 3.5% of the cash price.
  • Can I decide which items on a SINGLE transaction will be cash vs. my card purchase?
    No, Hickory Falls cannot change the card price or select cash items within the same transaction. The card price will apply to all the transactions under a single card receipt. Cash purchases require a single cash receipt.
  • Does Hickory Falls have an ATM?
    Hickory Falls does not have an ATM on our property. Planning for cash needs will continue to occur for our guests before you arrive.
